Total Heat Exchanger "Ion Adsorption Total Heat Exchange Energy Saving System"

It is possible to use VOCs as a device for recovering the energy contained in exhaust gases.

A total heat exchanger is a device that recovers the total heat (sensible heat + latent heat) lost through air conditioning and ventilation, demonstrating high energy-saving effects. However, conventional total heat exchangers that use silica gel or zeolite as desiccants have faced issues with the transfer of VOCs and odors. On the other hand, ion adsorption-type total heat exchangers that use ion exchange resins as desiccants do not allow the transfer of VOC-related odors into the supply air, making them suitable for use as energy recovery devices for VOC-containing exhaust gases from printing and converting factories, as well as clean room exhausts. 【Features】 ○ Can be used as an energy recovery device for VOC-containing exhaust gases. Let's maintain a comfortable space with regular inspections and maintenance of the heat exchanger.

During ventilation, it exchanges heat and humidity between indoor and outdoor air, minimizing changes in room temperature and humidity!

The total heat exchanger is an essential facility for maximizing the efficiency of heating and cooling and effectively using energy. This allows for the proper exchange of outdoor air and indoor air, making it possible to maintain a comfortable environment. Regular inspections and maintenance are indispensable for the total heat exchanger to function properly. Below, we will explain the importance of the total heat exchanger and the necessity of inspections and maintenance. *For detailed information, please refer to the PDF document. Ion Adsorption Type Total Heat Exchanger High Panex Ion (R)

Ion Adsorption Type Total Heat Exchanger Hi-Panex Ion®

Solving odor transfer issues with ion adsorption. A groundbreaking definitive version for energy saving and CO2 reduction, as well as improving IAQ (Indoor Air Quality). 【Features】 ○ Generally, rotary total heat exchangers use silica gel as the adsorbent, but during the rainy season, water vapor preferentially enters the areas where odor components have accumulated, replacing the odors with water vapor and causing them to be expelled from the rotor, leading to odor generation. The ion adsorption type maintains high performance while solving this odor issue. ○ By using antibacterial and antifungal agents in conjunction, true improvement of IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) has been achieved. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

[Case Study] Dust from Polishing Operations of Large Processed Parts

Just blow away the polishing dust that has fallen on the floor! It's easy to clean the workspace.

At Company K, a large parts manufacturing business, there are processes in the production of products that involve grinding and buffing large parts. During these processes, the scattered grinding dust adheres to other equipment, causing wear on moving parts, impairing precision components, and leading to various issues including health hazards. Due to the large size of the processed parts and the expansive work area, it was difficult to propose improvements with local exhaust systems. However, resolving the issue of product precision was urgent. Therefore, a total heat exchanger was installed to exchange 70% to 80% of the heat from the exhaust air to the intake air, eliminating the decrease in heating and cooling. Additionally, airflow adjustment dampers were installed in the supply and exhaust ducts to prevent the indoor area from becoming negatively pressurized. As a result, dust in the work area, as well as dust scattering to surrounding equipment, was eliminated, successfully keeping the factory clean. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
